【ポイント】
◆急性腎障害(acute kidney injury:AKI)は頻度の高く,重大な周術期合併症であるため,診断基準や疫学,各段階でのリスクファクターを知り早期発見・早期対処に努める必要がある.
◆AKI予防のため,制限しすぎずかつ過剰にならない適切な術中の輸液量が求められる.
◆血清クレアチニン値や尿量だけでなく早期診断の補助となるバイオマーカーの研究が進んでいる.
