【ポイント】
◆ロボット支援intersphincteric resection（Robo-ISR）は関節機能，安定した術野，立体的な3D視野により前方から肛門管内の精緻な剝離を可能にする．
◆ロボット操作による前方からの十分な肛門管内剝離は，視野確保が困難な直視下肛門操作の難易度を下げISRの質の向上に寄与する．
