【ポイント】
◆ロボット支援intersphincteric resection(Robo-ISR)は関節機能,安定した術野,立体的な3D視野により前方から肛門管内の精緻な剝離を可能にする.
◆ロボット操作による前方からの十分な肛門管内剝離は,視野確保が困難な直視下肛門操作の難易度を下げISRの質の向上に寄与する.
