【ポイント】
◆TaTMEにおけるランドマークは，後壁：endopelvic fascia，側壁：S4骨盤内臓神経，前壁：前立腺（腟後壁）．
◆直腸仙骨筋膜より尾側の後壁では，腫瘍の深達度に応じてendopelvic fasciaのabove/belowの剝離層を選択．
◆側壁のMRF involved症例では，骨盤筋膜腱弓を切開し，臓側骨盤筋膜外側の剝離層を選択してCRMを確保．
