【ポイント】
◆病変部周囲の癒着剝離を可及的に行い，正しい臓器の位置関係を速やかに把握する．
◆炎症所見の少ない部位から剝離授動を開始し，内側アプローチでは尿管や性腺動静脈を確実に温存する．
◆病変部が腹壁と強固に癒着している場合は，外側アプローチで剝離層が深くならないよう注意する．
