POINT
●結腸右半切除のD3郭清では，処理が必要な動静脈の解剖およびその相互関係を認識することにより副損傷を回避することができる．
●胃結腸静脈幹は様々な血管分岐を呈し，そのバリエーションによらず安全な郭清を行うためには結腸間膜の授動後に血管処理を行うことが重要である．
