POINT
●術前画像から肝門部胆管・肝動脈・門脈の関係性を十分に把握する．
●肝門板を切離する前に，肝動脈，門脈が十分に剝離されていることを確認する．
●肝門板と中肝静脈の距離は近い．腫瘍の進行度に応じて合併切除を検討する．
