【ポイント】
◆膵頭部周囲の脈管構造は個々によって異なるため，膵頭十二指腸切除の際は包括的な解剖学的知識が必要である．
◆膵頭十二指腸切除の際に考慮すべき解剖変異として，肝動脈の変異や腹腔動脈の狭窄があり，術前に認識しておくことが求められる．
