【ポイント】
◆術前に血管解剖は必ず入念にチェックする．
◆膵頭神経叢切離の際はリンパ管や血管も含むため結紮やシーリングデバイスを用いて処理する．
◆腫瘍の位置，大きさなどを考慮し，SMA神経叢郭清の範囲，必要性を症例ごとに適切に判断する．
