【ポイント】
◆学習者の能力を少しだけ超える教育:到達度に応じて,学習者の能力を少しだけ超える到達目標を設定する.習得する的を絞り,先発完投(最初から最後までの執刀)にこだわらない.
◆適切なフィードバック:継続的に能力を向上させるため,BIDモデルを用いて手術直後に指導医から学習者へフィードバックを行う.
◆手術教育サイクルを回す:手術症例ごとに,課題を設定し手術指導を実践したうえで,適切な評価とフィードバックを行い,次の課題を明確にする.
