連載の目的
　腹壁（瘢痕）ヘルニアは患者状況，ヘルニア環境（汚染，部位，サイズなど）によって，その修復法は多様である．また，対峙する外科医の知識や技量によって，術式選択が変わることは明白である．この連載では，一般外科医に向け，腹壁（瘢痕）ヘルニア治療のエキスパートがエビデンスや自らの経験から，様々な状況下で考えるべき治療方針について解説する．読者の先生方には，ぜひ本道場の門をたたき，最終回まで志高くついてきてほしい．
