【ポイント】
◆食道癌術後合併症は有意に予後を悪化させる.
◆胸腔鏡下食道切除術やロボット支援食道切除術が急速に広まってきている.
◆救済手術(salvage surgery)や転向手術(conversion surgery)の安全性が向上し,施行される機会が増加してきている.
