【ポイント】
◆上縦隔郭清では，反回神経・反回神経食道枝を広く包む疎性結合織を利用した「自然で適度な緊張」のある術野展開が重要である．
◆定型化された三角吻合は，縫合不全をきたしにくい安全な再建方法である．
