大腸癌に対するロボット支援手術

【ポイント】
◆ロボット支援手術は,腹腔鏡下手術の技術的課題を克服することが期待され,2018年4月から直腸癌に対して,また2022年4月から結腸癌に対して保険適用となっている.
◆癌根治性と性・排尿・肛門機能温存が求められる直腸癌手術では,選択肢の一つとしてロボット支援手術を行うことが強く推奨される.
◆結腸癌に対するロボット支援手術は,体腔内吻合も含めた短期長期成績に関するエビデンスの集積が必要であり,選択肢の一つとして弱く推奨される.
