大腸癌の卵巣転移に対する卵巣切除

【ポイント】
◆切除可能な卵巣転移は，肝転移や肺転移同様，切除による予後延長が期待できる．
◆切除不能卵巣転移は，全身薬物療法が推奨されるが，奏効率がほかの遠隔臓器と比べて低い．
◆卵巣転移の増大と自覚症状に留意して姑息切除も選択肢となる．
