【ポイント】
◆大腸癌周術期において,現在,実臨床で使用可能なバイオマーカーに基づく前向きランダム化比較試験は行われていない.
◆RAS およびBRAF 遺伝子変異の情報は予後予測に役立つ可能性があり,これらに対する検査を行うことが弱く推奨される.
◆高頻度マイクロサテライト不安定性/ミスマッチ修復機能欠損(MSI-H/dMMR)についてはStage Ⅱ/Ⅲの術後補助化学療法の治療方針に影響するため,検査実施が強く推奨される.
