はじめに

　多嚢胞性卵巣症候群（polycystic ovary syndrome : PCOS）のホルモン異常の基盤は，高インスリン血症にあるという考えから，インスリン抵抗性改善薬のPCOSへの有用性が脚光を浴びてきた．
