1. クロミフェン─hMG─hCG療法で重症のOHSSに至った1症例

はじめに

　近年の生殖補助技術（assisted reproductive technology : ART）をはじめとする生殖医療の技術進歩はめざましく，不妊で悩む多くの夫婦に福音を与えている．一方，それらの治療に使用される排卵誘発薬の使用頻度も増加している．その際，多嚢胞性卵巣症候群（polycystic ovary syndrome : PCOS）の患者では過剰な卵胞成熟が起きやすく，多胎や卵巣過剰刺激症候群（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome : OHSS）などの副作用の増加が問題となっている．また，本症例のように，単一卵胞でのOHSSの発生や，自然排卵でのOHSSの報告もあり，予防法や治療法を確立することが喫緊の課題となっている．
