原発性卵巣平滑筋腫の1例

はじめに

　卵巣腫瘍のなかで平滑筋腫はきわめて稀であり，これまでに約70例の報告があるにすぎない^1）．多くの症例では腫瘍径は小さく（3 cm以下），無症状であり，手術時に偶発的に発見されたものである^1,　2）．今回われわれは，21 cm大と比較的大きな卵巣平滑筋腫の症例を経験したので報告する．
