はじめに

　日本における子宮体癌の罹患数は増加の一途にある．子宮体癌による死亡を減らすには，体癌の早期発見と治療法の確立が重要な課題である．悪性腫瘍患者の診療において，腫瘍マーカーは診断や治療方針決定の一助となるツールであるが，残念ながら子宮体癌における腫瘍マーカーの意義は卵巣癌ほどには明らかにされていない．

　本稿では，子宮体がんの診断，治療，予後に関して，腫瘍マーカーからどのような情報が得られるのか，その利用価値について考察する．
