はじめに

 FDG─PET(以下,PET)を用いた婦人科悪性腫瘍の診断においては,子宮体癌に関する報告はほとんどないため,本稿では子宮頸癌と卵巣癌の診断について,自験例と報告例をまとめながら,最新の知見について概説したい.
