卵巣悪性腫瘍の超音波所見

１ はじめに

　卵巣腫瘍は，産婦人科日常診療のなかで最も遭遇する機会の多い疾患の1つであるが，通常は子宮癌のように直接的な組織採取が困難なため疫学的事項，臨床所見，画像診断，腫瘍マーカーなどを参考に術前診断することになる．超音波は，日常診療においてまず最初に行われる画像診断であり，手術も考慮に入れ，さらなる精査を行うかどうかの最初の岐路となる重要な検査法である．超音波による卵巣腫瘍の悪性診断については，国内外で多くの記述がなされているが，今回は本邦ではあまり紹介されることがない欧米でのパターン分類やスコアリングシステムも含めて述べてみたい．
