はじめに

　先天性嚢胞状腺腫様肺奇形（congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung : CCAM）や気管支肺分画症（broncho plumonary sequestration : BPS）などの胎生期より認められる肺腫瘍は，今日においては比較的予後良好な疾患に位置づけられている．その一方で，稀ではあるが腫瘍の圧迫に伴う胎児水腫や肺低形成により，子宮内胎児死亡，新生児死亡に至る予後不良症例も認められる．本稿では胎児肺腫瘍のなかでも特に頻度の高い疾患であるCCAMを中心に，疾患の概念ならびに胎児治療を含めた管理方針について概説する．
