はじめに

　妊娠悪阻は，いわゆる「つわり」と連続性を持つため，医学的介入の時期，方法に幅ができることは否めないが，重症化した場合，母体に重篤な障害を生ずることがあるため，注意を要する疾患である．また，嘔気・嘔吐を伴う疾患との鑑別診断を忘れてはならない．近年，Barkerらによる成人病胎児期発症説が注目されているが，妊娠悪阻が将来成人病発症に関与するか否かは，今後解明されるべき課題であろう．
