1　はじめに

　子宮に発生する有茎性の腫瘤，すなわちポリープ（polyp）は日常最も多く遭遇する疾患の1つである．ほとんどが良性であるが，稀に悪性疾患もあり，また外来では処置が困難な場合もある．本稿では子宮頸管ポリープおよび内膜ポリープの一般的な取り扱いについて述べる．
