9. 転移性生殖器癌―性器外原発転移性生殖器腫瘍を中心に

はじめに

　転移性婦人科生殖器癌は，転移性肺癌や転移性肝癌などと比べその頻度は低い．しかしKrukenberg腫瘍のように原発臓器の診断以前に指摘される場合や，先行する他臓器癌の経過観察中に生殖器転移が発見される場合もある．婦人科医が他臓器癌の遠隔転移を発見する機会は決して稀有とはいえない．

　ここでは主な転移性生殖器腫瘍，特に性器外を原発とする転移性卵巣腫瘍，転移性子宮腫瘍，転移性腟腫瘍に注目し，それらの臨床病理学的な特徴について概説し，併せて早期発見の要点と問題点を述べる．
