経頸管的な処置に経直腸超音波ガイド下の操作が有効であった3例

　今回，子宮頸管狭窄例に対して経直腸超音波ガイド下の操作が有効であった3例を経験した．症例1は83歳（閉経50歳），未経妊で中隔子宮に合併した子宮体癌例である．経腹超音波ガイド下の操作を試みたが子宮の描出が困難であったため，経直腸超音波を行った．経直腸超音波ガイド下では子宮頸部から両側の子宮腔が明瞭に描出され，消息子の挿入方向も正確に把握できて左右それぞれの子宮腔から確実に個別に検査が可能できわめて有用であった．症例2は67歳（閉経43歳），未経産で子宮内膜ポリープ例である．子宮腔内の検索に経直腸超音波ガイド下の操作がきわめて有用であった．症例3は72歳（閉経52歳），未経産で子宮頸癌IIIb期例である．同時化学放射線治療を施行していたが，腔内照射のために子宮頸管拡張術を施行する際に経直腸超音波ガイド下の操作がきわめて有用であった．婦人科領域における経直腸超音波ガイド下の操作は有用性が高いと思われた．
