4.子宮内膜症性疼痛に対する手術療法

はじめに

　子宮内膜症は，近隣臓器と強く癒着を引き起こし，解剖学的位置のずれ，強い牽引が引き起こされるため，月経痛，骨盤痛，性交時痛，排便痛などの疼痛症状を呈することが多い．子宮内膜症性疼痛に対する手術療法の目的は，癒着剥離を行うことで解剖学的位置を矯正し，牽引に伴う疼痛を緩和すると同時に子宮内膜症病変を除去することで病気の進展を抑制することであると考えている．
