はじめに

　多嚢胞性卵巣症候群（PCOS）は不妊症，高アンドロゲン血症の原因疾患として重要であり，その病因としてインスリン抵抗性がクローズアップされている．近年，PCOSにおける排卵障害に対するインスリン抵抗性改善薬の効果が注目されている．
