3.子宮奇形の手術適応とその術式は？

1 はじめに

　従来より，不妊症あるいは不育症の原因として，子宮の形態異常いわゆる子宮奇形の関与が指摘され，形成手術が行われてきた．ただ最近になり，子宮奇形の不妊症の原因としての位置付け，また形成手術そのもの意義などについて問題が提起されている．

　そこで，最初に子宮奇形の分類，診断方法について解説し，不妊症あるいは不育症と子宮奇形との関連性，その治療法，さらに最近の取り扱いに関する意見について解説する．
