5.子宮内膜症合併不妊における卵巣チョコレート嚢胞の取り扱いは？

1 はじめに

　子宮内膜症は生殖年齢女性のおよそ10％に発生し，月経痛をはじめとする疼痛および不妊を主症状とする疾患である．近年，女性の晩婚化や少子化に伴い本症は増加傾向にあり，社会的関心も高い．子宮内膜症患者の30～50％に不妊症が合併するといわれているが，本症による不妊の発生機序はいまだ明らかではなく，チョコレート嚢胞の取り扱いを含め治療方針についてコンセンサスは得られていない．本稿では，現在までに得られている子宮内膜症合併不妊とチョコレート嚢胞に関するエビデンスを紹介し，その取り扱いについて解説する．
