妊婦の免疫学

はじめに

　胎児は母親にとってsemi-allograftであり，異物である．また，まったくの異物である第三者由来の胚を代理母の子宮に移植しても（胎児はallograftとなる），妊娠は維持される．しかし一方で，妊娠時の免疫系の変化は，ウイルス感染の重篤化や再活性化を引き起こすだけでなく，流・早産の原因ともなる．妊娠中の免疫能を理解することは，妊娠の感染症の理解にもつながり，管理上重要であると考えられる．そこで，本稿では妊婦における免疫学を概説する．
