妊産褥婦の重症感染症 : リトドリンによる無顆粒球症を中心に

はじめに

　妊産褥婦は基本的には健康な女性である．Compromized hostではないので，妊産褥婦に重症感染が起こる頻度は低い．問題なのは，妊産褥婦は一見健康そうなので，感染症初期サインが見逃されやすいことである．発見が遅れ，治療開始が後手に廻ると感染症は重症化しやすい．髄膜炎や細菌性心内膜炎では治療の遅れは致命的になり得る．
