はじめに

　近年の初交年齢の低下や若年者の性行為の活発・多様化により，子宮頸部病変の若年化傾向が顕著となってきた．一方で，集団検診や定期検診の普及に伴って進行子宮頸癌が減少した反面，頸部異形成や上皮内癌，微小浸潤癌が増加し，これら初期癌に対する管理や治療の重要性が高まりつつある．そこで本稿では，子宮頸部微小浸潤癌の病変の管理・治療法について，妊孕能温存を考慮した子宮温存の適応と限界と，妊娠に合併した子宮頸部微小浸潤癌の管理・治療法について解説したい．
