はじめに

　妊孕性温存を望む上皮性卵巣癌患者を診療する機会は初婚年齢の高齢化とともに今後もますます増加することが予想される．妊孕性の維持には子宮および少なくとも片側の正常卵巣の一部を温存しておくことが必要であるが，その代償として縮小手術にならざるを得ず，手術の根治性とstagingの精度を犠牲にする可能性がある．上皮性卵巣癌に対する妊孕性温存療法に関したデータは少なく，十分なコンセンサスを得られていないのが現状である．
