[1]はじめに

　子宮頸管は腟内に射出された精子にとって第一の関門で，そこを十分な数の精子が通過して子宮腔に侵入できるかが妊娠成立の重要なポイントである．それを評価する検査が，HuhnerテストとMiller─Kurzrokテストである．Huhnerテストは通常，性交後試験（postcoital test:PCT）と称され，性交後に頸管粘液中の運動精子を調べ，頸管因子，男性因子，免疫因子をスクリーニングする検査として認知されている^1）．Miller─Kurzrokテスト（MKT）はPCTのin vitro試験である．ただし，PCTやMKTが正常だからといって精液検査を省略することはできない^2）．
