34.抗精子抗体が陽性の場合は自然妊娠しないのでしょうか．また，陽性の場合は，全例，体外受精に進むべきか教えてください．

[1]抗精子抗体陽性例の妊孕性

　女性の血中に存在する抗精子抗体（anti─sperm antibody:ASA）や射出精子に結合した男性のASAは，精子の運動性や受精機能を障害して自然妊娠を妨げる可能性がある．ASAの種類や量によっては，人工授精（artificial insemination with husband's semen:AIH）や生殖補助医療（assisted reproductive technology:ART），さらには顕微授精が必要になることもある．しかし，検出する抗体の種類や検査法によってASAの生物活性は異なり，ASA陽性例が必ずしも不妊となるわけではない．
