[1]はじめに

 ヒトの精子は,哺乳動物のなかで最も凍結・融解に強いといわれているが,凍結によって精子は少なからず損傷を受ける.それには細胞膜の流動性の消失による細胞膜の機能低下,酸化ストレスの影響,DNAのfragmentationの増加,細胞骨格の変化などが関与している.これらの影響の結果,融解精子は運動率や精子運動速度の低下を起こす.
