76.Rescue ICSIについて詳しく教えてください．

[1]はじめに

　体外受精（in vitro fertilization:IVF）において，まったく受精しない受精障害が約5～20％存在する．この受精障害の原因としては，精子機能異常や精液所見が不良などの精子側因子と卵子機能異常や卵巣刺激により成熟卵が採取できていないなど，卵子側因子が考えられる．患者にとって，卵巣刺激法を用いてIVF行ったにもかかわらず，まったく受精しないことは，経済的だけではなく肉体的・精神的にも大きな負担となるのは明らかである．

　そのため，IVFでの受精障害を回避する方法としては，

　1）Split ICSI:採卵した卵子を分けてIVFとICSIを同日に実施する方法

　2）Rescue ICSI:IVF後の未受精卵にICSIする方法

　がある．

　この項では主にrescue ICSIについて述べる．
