8.卵巣摘出後，早期閉経

はじめに

　生殖可能年齢における両側卵巣摘出術も，早期閉経（あるいは早発卵巣機能不全）もどちらも生理的な閉経よりも早く閉経を迎え，低エストロゲン状態に陥り，骨粗鬆症や心血管疾患のリスクが増加するという点は共通している．しかしながら，早期卵巣機能不全は徐々に卵巣機能が低下し，いわば正常の閉経に似た経過をたどるのに対し，両側卵巣摘出術後では，卵巣機能の消失により更年期障害が急速に出現する点で大きく異なる．これらをふまえて，HRTのベネフィットとリスクについて考えてみたい．
