3.胎児のシャント治療

はじめに

　胎児に対する侵襲的治療のうち，最も広く行われているのは胎児シャント治療であろう．本治療の適応は胎児胸水および胎児閉塞性尿路疾患であるが，このうち後者については長期予後の改善につながるかどうか議論されている段階である．本稿では，胎児胸水に対して行われている胎児シャント治療，胎児胸腔─羊水腔シャント術について概説する．
