4.胎児腹腔内免疫グロブリン療法（IFAC）

はじめに

　胎児腹腔内免疫グロブリン療法（immunoglobulin injection into fetal abdominal cavity : IFAC）とは，胎児の腹腔内に免疫グロブリンを注入する方法である．現時点においては胎児治療として国際的に確立した方法ではなく，一部の研究機関において倫理委員会の承認のもと施行されている．保険適用はないので，一般医療で汎用するのは時期尚早である．しかしながら，従来の胎児治療に比べて目覚ましい成績を示した症例も存在すること，方法が簡便であり加熱血液製剤ゆえ安全性が高いことなどから，今後，エビデンスを示すことが期待されている．
