はじめに

　卵巣性無月経は，卵巣に原因があって無月経を呈するものをいう．原発性と続発性に分類され，原発性の卵巣性無月経の多くは原発無月経を呈し，Turner症候群などの染色体異常を伴うことが多い．一方，続発性の卵巣性無月経は，生理的な変化としての閉経も含まれるが，早発閉経や早発卵巣不全がその代表的疾患である．本稿では，続発性の卵巣性無月経で治療上最も問題となる早発卵巣不全に焦点を絞り，エビデンスに基づいた最近の早発卵巣不全に対する治療法を中心に述べる．
