Single incision laparoscopic surgery（SILS）の婦人科疾患への応用

　現在行われている婦人科腹腔鏡下手術のアプローチ法は，腹壁に3～4ポートを設置して実施されている．臍部1か所からの単孔式腹腔鏡下手術（Single incision laparoscopic surgery : SILS）が最近注目され消化器外科領域では試みられつつある．そこで，われわれが経験した婦人科疾患に対する7症例のSILSとそのアプローチ法の工夫について報告する．
