はじめに

　患者の卵巣予備能を考慮した個別化卵巣刺激を実施し，良好胚を得ることは採卵，培養，胚移植，黄体補充と並んで，ARTの成績を左右する重要な因子である．海外では治療前周期の経口避妊薬（oral contraceptives : OC）負荷が卵胞期初期の内分泌環境を改善し，IVFの成績が向上するとの報告が多く認められる．そこで，治療前周期に中用量と低用量のOCを負荷したときの，卵胞発育などIVFの成績に及ぼす影響について海外の文献と自験例を比較しながら報告する．
