はじめに
子宮内膜癌の発生分子機序は,前癌病変とされる増殖症を経た多段階発癌が推測されるが,大腸癌のように各ステップが分子機構により明確になっているわけではない.ここ10数年の分子生物学的解析の集積によりに内膜癌化にかかわるとされるさまざまな遺伝子異常が同定されてきている.また最近では癌化における癌幹細胞の存在とその役割が注目され,内膜癌でも癌幹細胞の報告がなされている.本稿ではそれらを紹介しながら内膜癌発生の分子機構を浮き彫りにする.
