3．卵巣悪性診断

　1980年代の後半から産婦人科領域に経腟走査法が導入されて以来，卵巣腫瘍の良悪性診断は飛躍的に向上してきた．そして超音波断層法，scoring system，超音波ドプラ法などによる良悪性診断が行われてきたが，どの診断法でもsensitivity，specificityにかなりのばらつきがあり，確立した診断法として臨床応用するには無理があった．最近では，診断の向上を目指して新たな診断法も試みられるようになってきた．

　本稿では，卵巣悪性腫瘍の超音波診断，つまり卵巣腫瘍の良悪性診断の最新情報について解説する．一部，前項の卵巣良性腫瘍診断とオバーラップする箇所もあるかもしれないが，お許しいただきたい．
