子宮内膜掻爬術と着床障害

はじめに

　人工妊娠中絶，流産における子宮内容除去，子宮内膜ポリープ切除，子宮内膜腫瘍の診断のために子宮内膜掻爬術が行われる．しかし子宮内膜掻爬術はときに着床障害をひき起こすことが知られる．本稿では，子宮内膜掻爬術がどのように着床障害をひき起こすのか，着床障害が起きてしまった場合どうしたらよいか，それを予防するには何が必要かを検証したい．
