子宮平滑筋肉腫14例の臨床的検討

　1988年1月から2008年12月までの21年間に当科で治療した子宮平滑筋肉腫14例について臨床的検討をした．年齢は35～82歳，主な症状は，過多月経・不正性器出血，腹痛，腹部腫瘤であった．摘出子宮重量は，200～4,600 gであった．臨床進行期は，I期11例，II期1例，III期2例，IV期0例であった．手術は全例に子宮全摘術が行われた．子宮平滑筋肉腫14例中10例が再発し，再発の全症例が5年以内に死亡し，5年生存率は17.4％であった．再発から死亡までの平均期間は13.6±10.3か月であった．
