5．卵巣腫瘍の組織推定

はじめに

　卵巣からは多種多様な組織型の腫瘍が発生し多彩な画像を呈する．また異なる組織型の腫瘍が混在することも少なくない．さらに機能性や炎症性，内膜症性など多彩な腫瘍類似疾患も発生し，腫瘍との鑑別が問題となる．近年，MRIの進歩により水や脂肪，線維成分の多寡，出血の有無，組織の細胞密度や拡散の状態，血管増生の程度など，組織推定に有用なさまざまな情報が得られるようになってきた．本稿では，現時点でのMRIを中心とした画像診断による卵巣腫瘍の組織推定がどこまで可能であるかについて概説する．
