子宮内膜症術後再発への対応―予防と再発後の対応

はじめに

　子宮内膜症は生殖年齢の女性に好発するため，妊孕能温存を希望する例や不妊症例が多く，初回治療では，根治手術よりも薬物療法や保存手術が選択されることが多い．卵巣機能を温存する保存手術は再発のリスクを有しているため，子宮内膜症の診療において再発は不可避といっても過言ではなく，対応に苦慮する症例に遭遇することも稀ではない．

　本稿では，再発に関して最近の知見を基に考察する．
